Receiving
- Product Inventory and Storage as required for on-time delivery
- Oversees the unloading of product, including inspection and shipment verification
- Prompt notification of any shipment omissions or damages
- Processing of damage claims and errors
- Capability to have product shipped directly to the project site
Installation and Reconfiguration
- Provides fully trained and knowledgeable crews and supervisors
- Installation management involved in all projects of 20 or more workstations
- Manages New Systems Furniture projects
- Coordinates System Furniture Reconfigurations
- Disassemble, move and reinstall existing furniture
- Provides an installation date that meets the customer’s schedule
- Conducts installation meetings to review plans / drawings in advance
- Coordinates with other contractors / services with our installation schedule
- Cleans all areas and furniture after installation as well as trash removal
- Conducts walk-through upon project completion and completes punch list
Delivery
- Provides customers with advance notification of delivery
- Un-cartons, sets-up and cleans furniture
- Removes all trash from customer site
- Capability to deliver product after hours, or on weekends when necessary
- Provides qualified crews to relocate Systems Furniture or Casegoods within our customer’s office facility
